I have had nasty side effects with Perlane, is there any procedure I can do to help?

I had Perlane injections and it got infected. The Dr. had to lance it to get the infection out and I have been taking antibiotics. When the swelling went down the side of my face was sunken. What can I do to help fix this?

We would suggest getting a second opinion from a board certified facial plastic surgeon or a board certified dermatologist. With your situation, you need a second opinion. It's too hard to tell from your description what's going on, so we hesitate to make any recommendations.

Depending on how deep it is, you can do laser resurfacing or you might have to do another filler or both.
