I exercise at least three times a week, eat my veggies everyday, take vitamins everyday, and I'm always buying diet products. Over the past six months, the products I've used have all been from Complete Nutrition, which is expensive. But, I still am overweight. Could CoolSculpting work for me?
CoolSculpting was originally used to target problem fat areas. Many times people who exercise retain certain pockets of genetic stubborn fat, which can be removed easily with CoolSculpting. Now, more and more, CoolSculpting practices are undertaking volume reduction. Most CoolSculpting practices offer free consultation, and I would highly recommend contacting a local CoolSculpting practice. I would recommend going to a practice that provides a physician who takes part in the consultation and analysis as opposed to med spa where there may be no physician present.

Until someone actually sees and evaluates you, it is hard to suggest whether Coolsculpt will work and give you the results you desire. We don't charge for a consultation at our practice, so maybe you can find one that offers free consults. Coolsculpt is really meant for stubborn areas, so if you have a few of those, great. But if you are talking in general terms about your whole body, then that may be expensive and not the right treatment for you. Someone who is skilled at the procedure will be able to tell you for sure!

It depends on how overweight you are. If you within 20 lbs of your goal weight and you have 1-3 inches of fat that you want to target without any major loose skin, then you will be considered a candidate. However, if you are above 20 lbs and are interested in losing more weight, then I would have you consider a weight loss program. At our office, we provide many varieties to fit patient's lifestyle, so you might want to ask what is available in your area.
