Is it normal to be swollen and numb 3 weeks after the Smart Lipo procedure?

I have swelling and numbness in my back after the Smart Lipo procedure. Is this a normal side-effect?

Yes, this is common 3 weeks out. However, as the swelling improves the numbness should improve as well. You should let your doctor know. You can improve your swelling if you take certain antiinflammatories if you do not have any contraindications. You can email me if you need some suggestions.
