Is there a non invasive permanent procedure for chin augmentation?

I read a chin augmentation using fillers would require re-application every 3 months. Is there something more permanent or at least require treatment every year?

There are some dermal fillers that are indicated to last 6-12 months. It would depend on type of filler used and if it can indeed be used in area of concern.

There are some fillers like Sculptura and Volume which last longer on the order of 1-2 years. A surgical chin implant would be your best bet for a one time procedure

Most fillers are FDA approved to last up to 12 months so I'm not sure why someone told you 3? Botox needs to be reinjected more often but not fillers. I would suggest going to someone who ONLY injects and who is an MD. Then you can get a good plan together and discuss options. Unfortunately it sounds like you didn't get great advice this time!!
