Is Thermage the best treatment for sagging skin around the mouth and neck, or is there a better nonsurgical procedure?

Yes, Thermage is great for that. But there are few factors that you need to consider, with age being the most important. The older you are the more treatments you may need. The best combo is Thermage, Juvederm, Voluma and PRP.

While Thermage is one of the few options for tightening of the neck, there are really no good non-surgical options. The reason is that any tightening or lifting that does occur usually reverses itself after 3-6 months. You should only consider a radiofrequency treatment like Thermage, Titan or Ultherapy if you have plans to pay for it every six months. If not, consider a surgrical neck lift.

Thermage is actually an older technology. Ultherapy is the "newer" treatment that uses ultrasound technology for lifting and tightening the skin. We have seen great results on patients in the areas you are describing, especially the neck! Ultherapy is the best procedure on the market aside from surgery. Consults are usually preferred to make sure that you are a good candidate and to explain this procedure in more depth!
