What does Active FX actually tighten and how long does the tightening effect last?
I am looking for a procedure that tightens the overall facial skin. Is Active FX the best treatment for this? What does it actually tighten and how long does the tightening effect last?

The Active FX is an ablative CO2 laser and can be used for overall skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. The effects can last for years, however, redamage to the skin can and does occur.

We think the best treatment for lifting and tightening of the face is ultherapy. This procedure can be used to treat the face, neck, and chest. The results are not immediate, so be patient. The results build over a six-month period.
