What alternative treatments other than a facelift are available for reducing/eliminating jowls?

There are many alternative treatments available for this issue. Most treatments involve radiofrequency (RF). Some treatments are minimally-invasive with probes piercing the skin superficially. We also use CoolSculpt, a fat freezing technique. There are also other treatments for eliminating neck and chin fat. Fillers can also help and are often used in combination with other treatments. For RF treatment, I would recommend Profound by Syneron/Candella, or Thermi Tight. We use an injectable, Kybella, for moderate chin and neck fat. I would go to a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for an analysis.
