What is the recommended SPF for daily use? I'm using 15 SPF daily.

Should i increase the SPF to 30 or higher?

Yes I do recommend sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to be used daily, especially where I practice in sunny South Florida

I would increase to SPF30. You're not really getting any more protection past SPF30 anyway.

We recommend at least a 30 with reapplication every 80 minutes if possible!

When purchasing sun protection, look for broad-spectrum sunscreens, which protects against UVA and UVB rays. Diligent use of sunscreen can also slow or temporarily prevent the development of wrinkles and sagging skin. So be sure to wear your SPF 30 - 50 this summer and remember to reapply! Thank you for your question.
