My chin implant was done in 1969, and I was told I could not get Smartlipo because of the risk of infection when the laser heats up. If I can't use Smartlipo, what treatment can I get for this loose skin in my neck area? I'm 67 years old and have always hated it.

I'm 11 days out since SL-MPX of inner knees. I'm 5;7-128lbs. The dr. took out 125cc of each knee and also went a little into the inner thigh to "fan it out". My knees look the same and I'm wondering if 125cc was enough to make a difference?
