Can sebaceous bumps be treated with Smoothbeam?

I have several bumps that don't go away caused by sebaceous hyperplasia. Will this treatment work on those? Can the treatment be localized to these areas? Also, I have been using Retin A Micro topical. Do I have to wait six months? Thanks.

Hi, I don't have acne scars but I do have red acne marks (what seem to be called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation). Does smoothbeam help with this problem as well? Thank You
