Is it safe to do Triniti treatments once a month for a year?

It has been said that three Triniti treatments over a period of three months is okay. Will you notice better results if you continue for 9-12 treatments? Also, maintenance treatments are to be had every six months. Does that mean another three sessions or only one session every six months?

I want to confirm that this procedure is FDA approved for wrinkle reduction AND skin resurfacing. Many lasers are used that are NOT approved by FDA for the particular things that they say they can improve.
