Treatments that Can Be Combined with TriActive

TriActive is a non invasive laser treatment that can be used to reduce cellulite and unwanted fat deposits. The TriActive treatment is like a gentle massage that will stimulate the burning of the fat and will reduce the appearance of cellulite. The treatment is only effective if the patient has to lose low amounts of weight, and may be combined with other treatments as well, depending on what the patient requires. TriActive can be successfully combined with more invasive weight loss cosmetic procedures, a body lift, skin resurfacing treatments or skin tightening treatments.

Traditional Liposuction

TriActive is a solution for patients that require minimal fat removal. If there are larger deposits of fat that need to be removed, traditional liposuction may be more recommended. The TriActive treatments may be applied after the liposuction, to maintain the effects of the liposuction. The traditional liposuction involves invasive surgery, and if the patient wants to avoid major scars, less invasive liposuction treatments will be recommended.

Minimally Invasive Liposuction

Minimally invasive liposuction techniques can be used in combination with TriActive if the patient doesn’t have more than 15 pounds of excess fat. There are numerous techniques that can be used to make the fat easier to remove by employing laser beams, liquid injections or ultrasounds. These procedures include: ProLipo, Cool Lipo, Smart Lipo, Vaser Liposelection and Body Jet Liposuction. The liposuction should be performed before TriActive, and the TriActive treatment can be effective in maintaining the effects of the liposuction.

Body Lift

If the patient has excess skin that is unaesthetic, the plastic surgeon may recommend a body lift. The body lift is a complex surgery that will leave scars. If the patient has only a few problem areas with excess skin, the surgeon may recommend a tummy tuck (for excess abdominal skin), an arm lift or a thigh lift. These may all be combined with TriActive, but should be applied before the TriActive treatment, so that the laser massage will be more effective. If there is a lot of excess skin, the TriActive treatment may not be as efficient, as it cannot heat up the fat layers.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a treatment that may be used if the patient has uneven skin or skin imperfections and requires a skin resurfacing. Ideally, this treatment should be applied after the TriActive procedure. There are also other skin resurfacing treatments that can be chosen such as Fraxel, which uses lasers and CO2. These treatments will also tighten the skin, which is beneficial after a TriActive treatment.

Detoxifying Treatments

The patient may undergo a detoxifying treatment in conjunction with a TriActive procedure. The detox cure will eliminate the toxins from the patient’s body, making it easier for the fat cells to be eliminated. The TriActive treatment doesn’t require surgery and the fat cells will be eliminated naturally. A detox cure with a higher water intake will promote fat cell elimination, and the effects of TriActive will be more visible.
