Triniti is a treatment that involves tightening of tissues, rejuvenation of the skin and reduction of wrinkles with the use of a matrix laser. All three can be obtained in just one session. Triniti renders a pain free treatment with quick recovery. While it is important to consider a Triniti treatment, it is equally important to maintain the achieved results through proper care. Triniti is used to wipe out issues like scars left by acne, dark circles under the eyes and correction of discoloration. After the completion of the 3 stages of the Triniti treatment, a slight swelling or redness may be experienced. Due to the sensitivity and vulnerability of one's skin immediately after the treatment, it is advised to dab on some makeup and sunscreen to protect the skin from the rays of the sun.
Botox
An alternative to the Triniti treatment is the use of Botox injections. These injections are aimed straight at the muscles which in turn keep the skin well hydrated. The botox injections create a barrier between the skin and the brain, ceasing registration of any reflex actions between the two and allowing no movement in the treated area. Botox helps eliminate the wrinkles on the face by tightening the tissues in the surrounding area.
Fraxel Restore
Fraxel Restore is a part of the Fraxel resurfacing laser treatment. Fraxel Restore treats the damage from below the skin, avoiding the surface area. Due to its less invasive feature, the patient would have lesser side effects and risks. Minor irritations and redness might be felt and seen but do not prevent the patient from returning to their normal routine. Fraxel Repair, also part of the Fraxel resurfacing family, requires a week's time to heal as compared to Fraxel Restore. It is used to treat severe conditions of the skin, as it is capable of penetrating deeper inside. It is considered to be more effective. Fraxel Restore requires the patient to go through several treatments to achieve the result of only one treatment of Fraxel Repair.
Microdermabrasion
In this treatment, the disfigured portion of skin is polished by using pressurized micro crystals. It is a noninvasive procedure and it is not required to inject the patient with anesthetics. The treatment is painless and requires no recovery time, as the healing takes place immediately. The discomfort level is low, allowing patients to return back to their normal schedules. The results achieved from microdermabrasion are not as satisfying as the results of a Triniti treatment. The patient is required to undergo several treatments on a monthly basis to obtain the same effectiveness as that of a Triniti procedure.
Active FX
Active FX, apart from using carbon dioxide lasers, also uses an ultra pulse technology. This technology decreases the volume of damage caused in any indirect thermal manner, thus lowering the risk factors. The drawback of the treatment is that it deals with issues only on the skin and does not penetrate further to treat the muscles and tissues. The recovery period is between 4 and 6 days.
