You do not indicate in your question how long ago you had your filler procedure performed, but your doctor or injector should be your first point of contact. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that dissolves the hyaluronic acid used in Juvederm.

Yes, hyaluronic acid (HA) products such as Juvederm, Restylane and Beletoro are reversible with an enzyme called Hylenex. Please contact your medical provider that carries this product.

You can try massaging the lumpy areas with your fingers, and the product should spread and give you a smoother look. If that doesn't help, then I would go back to the doctor who treated you and ask to have some of the filler removed with a dissolving agent.

Yes, Juvederm can be dissolved with an enzyme called Hyaluronidase. But keep in mind that the enzyme might completely remove the filler.
