Does thermage treat loose skin?

I had lipo in January and now I have an extra small fold under my one of my butt cheeks. Can thermage treatments help tighten this area? Very little fat was removed. I also have a dimple where too much fat was taken out. Can I have fat put back in?

Thermage is a great option for post liposuction patients. Your area is a little different, but still can be treated with Thermage body tips. As long as it is loose skin, a skilled Thermage tech can get some really nice skin tightening for you. It's not going to be quick, but if you can give it 6 months or so, you will be pleased. The dimple where too much fat was taken out can be fixed via fat shifting or fat transfer. Make sure you find a physician that specializes in micro fat transfer technique and preferably one that uses PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) with their fat transfers. The PRP activates the stems cells in the fat and allows for a 90% survival rate for the transferred cells.
