How can I get rid of the grid lines caused by profactional resurfacing and micro-laser peels?

I am a 35-year-old Hispanic who is experiencing a lot of acne. I had a combination of a micro-laser peel and profractional resurfacing done three weeks ago and I still have grid lines on my face. Is this permanent? How can I get the grid lines off? Please help.

Hydroquinone is a bleaching product associated with removing traumatic hyperpigmentation of the type you are describing. It may take 2-3 weeks but it should do the job. We use 6% - 8% hydroquinone in a liquid formulation to quickly remove the dark spots left behind after laser resurfacing. Good luck.

After 20 years of working on the water without the ability to use sunscreen, I have VERY deep chest wrinkles that disturb me every day. I just turned 50. Will profractional resurfacing help? I hardly have any facial wrinkles.
