Is dermapen safe to use on someone who has atrial fibrillation?

Where might my doctor get the topical psoralen compounded. In Podunk, Ca there seems to be no way to get it.

After 20 years, vitiligo has come back with a vengeance on my face. My doctor is having a hard time locating topical and oral psolaren. Can you please help me locate it? I have not started any treatment, so the "Dermapen" is not correct. The application apparatus made me choose a treatment or it would not submit.

For someone with a pre-existing condition involving the heart, I would always ask your cardiologist for parameters on things like this just to be safe. That said, Dermapen is possibly one of the safest treatments out there and has many benefits.

If you are on blood thinners for AF, it should not affect the safety of Dermapen, as the amount of bleeding is miniscule.
