There are no topical creams that will increase volume, unfortunately. We inject Belotero under the eyes and it works great; however, it is not a one-time fix. Most patients have to come back every 9 months. You could also ask a plastic surgeon if there are surgical options for this area!

Creams can help plump modestly, but true volume loss would require a filler treatment.

Dear reader,

Thank you for your question. Fillers such as Restylane are a wonderful treatment for under eye hollowness. I find that many of my patient's tolerate this procedure well and are happy with long-lasting results. Be sure to consult with a qualified injector in your area.

If the area beneath the eye is hollow, then unfortunately no cream will replenish this volume. The only way to do this is to do a dermal filler, which is an injection that places a natural substance called hylaronic acid to restore the volume. In most cases, I prefer to use Restylane. If this sounds suitable to you, you must go to someone who specializes in treating this area, for it can be lumpy if done inappropriately. But when done right, it will look amazing!
