Is Pelleve safe for the eye area? Is there a chance it could cause fat loss or scarring?

I am interested in the Pelleve procedure but not interested in any facial fat loss, which I read could be a side effect. Is this procedure safe for the eye area? I'm more concerned with unwanted side effects or long-term effects than it not working at all. Thank you.

Pelleve uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen to grow. Yes, it's safe to use around the eyes. Fat cells can shrink with the energy, so it helps for puffy eyes. It should not scar, unless you have other underlying medical issue that could cause scarring. If you are a healthy person, this should not cause you to scar. There are many differenct types of radiofrequency machines out there that you can look into and see which one would be best for you, such as Thermage or 3 Deep by Eclispe.
