Is Refirme or Thermage better for tightening skin on the thigh area?

I have very loose skin on my thighs and buttocks from weight loss. Would I benefit from thermage or refirme ? Can you suggest what I could do to improve the sagging of these areas ?

Refirme is for the face. VelaShape is for the body including thighs for cellulite and firming loose tissues. Thermage may also be used.
