Will I need to see the doctor every month, or can I get Latisse prescriptions for six months or a year?

Monthly check ups are not needed. I think it is reasonable to check a patient back the following month after initiating Latisse to check on any side effects and to monitor progress. It might be reasonable again to check in at 3 months. Thereafter, I think it would be fine to get the Latisse product for 3-6 months at a time.

You may purchase more than a single Latisse kit at a time. There is no set time for check-ups. After 3-4 months the daily dose is reduced to maintenance of a few time weekly.

Latisse is the new FDA approved product to help your lashes grow long and beautiful and it has had tremendous success! Latisse is a prescription, but you can actually purchase it through licensed medical professionals, such as Plastic Surgeons without a prescription from your doctor. It is sold in a one month supply through your medical professional's office. The great part is that once you are on the system, there really is no need for checkups, unless of course you feel you have had a reaction. Latisse is not something you need to go to your general MD or Ophthalmologist for to get refills approved, which means you would be able to purchase several bottles at once if you wanted to have a supply on hand.

At our office, once you have had the initial exam, the Latisse prescriptions can be filled automatically by the office. Every year we would require a checkup or any time there is a problem or side effect.
