I think the best treatment is a combined approach which combines mesotherapy and acoustic wave therapy. Mesotherapy works best by melting fat thereby reducing those extra inches. It actually breaks up the cell membrane of fat cells. The acoustic wave therapy (AWT) uses ultrasonic waves to smooth the dimpling in the skin by breaking up some of those fibrous tissues (kind of like scars) and improves the circulation and rainage in the cellulite areas.
