There is no actual laser connected with Isolaz. There is a broadband light source that kills acne bacteria and purifies the area. The procedure also cleanses and replenishes the pores with a topical serum.

I only have breakouts periodically, with the result being one to two pimples. However, they are deep and painful pimples. I used Acutane in the past and it worked very well on my pimples, but it made me feel sick. Isolaz looks like a much better alternative. What do you think? Is one better than the other?
