Dysport is similar to Botox and is typically used to weaken the muscles that cause wrinkles. Sagging jowls are a result of tissue laxity and skin laxity. Typically, this is only addressed with either laser resurfacing (if minimal) or a mid-facelift and neck lift (if significant).

Dysport should never be used to treat the sagging jowls. Usually, this area can be improved by adding volume to the cheeks or other areas through the use of some type of filler. I would recommend a consultation to discuss your options further.
