Can I use Lipotherme to tighten my neck area?
I'm 26 years old and am not fat, but I have some looseness in the neck that makes the lines look deeper. Is Lipotherme the best treatment?

The best treatment for this is Ultherapy. It is an ultrasound machine that is FDA approved for lifting and tightening of the face, neck and chest. We have seen great results on the neck area, but the results may take up to 6 months to see. It is a slow collagen-building treatment. Because you are so young, you may see fewer results than someone older. But trust me, you are doing good prevention work with Ultherapy!

We prefer Nectifirm, which we sell in our practice. There are many good products for this purpose, but you may need some type of skin tightening, although it is puzzling given your young age. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist for consultation.
