Use an experienced aesthetician to help you with your skin goals. Exfoliation can be accomplished through chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other methods. In order to know which is best for you and which will meet your goals, you will need to consult with a skincare expert in your area.

The esthetician you see should be able to advise you as to what is best for your skin. The average is about every 2 to 4 weeks for a treatment, and this is done to maintain results and help you achieve your desired goals.
