I am 35 years old and would like a face lift. Would fat grafting or fillers provide a natural look?

I do not do fat injections but have extensive experience with fillers. I do believe the fillers look more natural than an actual surgical facelift. We have a machine called the Profound; its predecessor was called the E Prime. In clinical trials, it was reported to create 37% of an actual facelift. This might be another alternative for you, although given your young age, you may not need that yet.
