History of Epidermal Leveling

Epidermal leveling has a fairly young and recent history. It is a procedure that is used to restore the youth of skin, by giving a new layer a chance to grow. It provides a way to immediately get the results you want without the redness and irritation that usually accompanies similar rejuvenation procedures.

How It Started

This is a relatively new procedure that can be performed on both men and women. It can be applied to all types of skin. It was started as a way to more effectively renew the skin without using a highly invasive or abrasive procedure. There is no specific date that this procedure was started, and because of its newness, there haven't been many improvements or updates to it yet.

The procedure involves using a special blade called an "Epiblade" is used on the skin in a gentle sweeping action.  This helps to remove some of the dead or damaged skin, as well as the hair on the face or area of skin you wish to treat. This procedure is primarily used to treat sun damage, acne, Rosacea, sagging skin, signs of aging and even pre-cancerous cells.
