Does the Aluma laser help lessen dark under eye circles?

Is it safe? Also, how long do you have to wait between the Aluma sessions?

Aluma can help tighten the skin around the eyes. However, for most patients, dark circles are caused by the loss of fat underneath the eyes causing a shadow effect which looks like dark circles. For this I would
recommend doing Restylane to replenish the loss of volume. In doing so the dark circles would disappear.

I have African American skin. I have tried lots of over-the-counter remedies and have not had any success. I heard of Restylane and Aluma, but do not know which is best for treating dark circles under the eyes. Please advise.
