Is Aluma a good option to reduce fat pockets under the eyelids?

I am 49 and would like to get rid of or reduce the fat pockets under my eyelids without surgery. Is Aluma a good option?

No, I do not think the Aluma will help much. You will have to
consider liposuction or Mesotherapy which is an injection technique
that reduces the fat gradually.
