Is Genesis Skin Rejuvenation more effective than an IPL for rosacea and scars?
What are the typical costs? Is a spa cheaper than a full menu dermatologist office? Also, is a spa just as safe in terms of being able to provide successful treatments?

Neither a Genesis nor an IPL is the best option for Rosacea. The best option is a pulsed dye laser such as the V-Beam or V-Star. Whether or not you go to a medical spa or a dermatologist office, look for a practice that is experienced in treating your condition (before and after pictures). Also, if you have well-developed Rosacea, you may need bruising treatments and these are only possible with pulsed dye lasers.
