Is Ultherapy painful? My doctor wants to numb the area

Can I have fillers like Voluma, Radiesse, & Botox injected at the same times as my Ultherapy procedure?

What kind of training does a clinician receive to use the Ultherapy equipment and perform this procedure? Can a non-physician perform it?
