Is Ultherapy useful for the neck bands aquired from aging?
I am 62 and don't have a double chin or neck fat, just two bands that look a little like a turkey. A face lift is out of the question for me. Will Ultherapy work?

Thank you for your question. Submental fat excess, or a double chin, may be treated effectively with CoolSculpting or Kybella injections. The branding you see from the platysma muscle can be treated with Botox or Dysport injections. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist to evaluate your case individually.
