Bloating of Face
I am a chubby girl and my face bloats up very often, mainly when I dont sleep well & occasionally if I dont workout. Is there any remedy, medicine, or exercise I can do or take?

While little swelling or puffiness after a sleepless night is normal and
unavoidable. A lot of facial swelling associated with a sleepless
night *could* be sign of sleep apnea . if you snore, ever having a choking sensation that
wakes you up or stop breathing you should get checked for sleep apnea.
