Coolsculpt permanently destroys fat cells, so those will never come back. However, this does not mean that new fat cells cannot develop. Diet and exercise are your best bet when it comes to keeping the results over a long period of time.

I've had cellulite on my thighs since I was 14. I'm now 53. I workout regularly but can't get rid of it. About 2 years ago I saw a nearby doctor who used heat to treat it and it got worse. This issue causes me not to wear shorts in the summer, and it is a big embarrassment that I have had most of my life. Is there hope for me for this situation? Would CoolSculpting work?
