Is there such a thing as a non-surgical facelift?

Many products and procedures claim the effects of a "non-surgical face lift". Is there anything, other than a real, surgical procedure, that will give me the look I achieve when I place my fingertips at the top of my jawline and lift an inch? - Jowels

There might be some possibilities. Getting a lift with a combination treatment (e.g. fillers, sculptra, Ulthera) may be able to lift the face. Of course, you will have to be evaluated first to see which of these, if any, will help you. However, I don't think an inch is realistic for a non-surgical option.
