Titan for skin titening without down time but you should go visit a couple of treatment centers and get some other opinions and do some research online.

For drooping and sagging, a firming procedure could be achieved with light
based energy for long lasting results. If you have photodamage due to sun
exposure to light skin, that could be corrected as well as firming and
tightening with the triniti series of treatments. That includes
photofacial, tightening and resurfacing. There is much less downtime with
this series of 3-5 treatments performed one month apart, which would allow
you to work around your fitness training schedule.

Those are all concerns that trouble many patients in your age group.
Luckily, we have many possible treatments that will help. The most
important thing is that you will need to combine various treatments to get
the best possible result. Not one treatment is going to be the magic
bullet. It likely that you will need to do some type of laser treatment.
For the best results, you will need to do a laser ablative treatment which
helps improve lines and wrinkles, tighten droopy skin, eliminate age spots,
and lessen pores. This would require 5-7 days of downtime. If the
downtime is too much, then you can consider a non ablative laser
treatment. There is less downtime but you would need an average of 4
treatments vs 1 treatment. Also, there is less improvement that the laser
ablative treatment but overall your skin would see a dramatic improvement.
Secondly, it is likely that you would need botox for the wrinkles around
the eyes and the lines in the frown area. Thirdly, dermal fillers such as
Radiesse can be injected in the laugh lines and to enhance the sagging the
cheeks. Juvederm can injected to help with the lines around the mouth.
Lastly, I would recommend a comprehensive skin regimen that would include
anti-oxidants, glycolic acid, Retinoic Acid, growth factors, and
polypeptides which can improve tone, texture, fine lines and wrinkles.
