Laser liposuction should never be used for weight loss, but rather to lose 1 to 2 inches of fat and to tighten skin. For weight loss, I would recommend you consider HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), which would be effective in helping you lose all that weight. This hormone helps you extract the fat so that you can lose the weight. It requires you to follow a very strict diet.

No liposuction will help you lose a significant amount of weight. Liposuction isn't a treatment for obesity. The amount of fat that is safely removed with lipo is a few pounds and only in a small area. Liposuction is best for sculpting small areas that resist diet and exercise. I would encourage you to seek out a structured diet and exercise regimen, for they have the highest rate of success. Please don't get discouraged; the more you plan and organize, the more likely you will be successful.

Laser liposuction will not help you loose 60lbs. You should consider a weight loss program.
