LipoDissolve is an injection lipolysis that uses a solution combining phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate to dissolve fat and sculpt the body into a slimmer shape. The treatment will be applied in one or several sessions, depending on the amount of fat that needs to be eliminated and the response of the patient.
Initial Results of LipoDissolve
The initial results of LipoDissolve will not be visible, as the injections will not have an immediate effect. The targeted fat will be broken down and gradually, it will be eliminated. This process will depend on each patient in part and their capacity to eliminate the fat.
Typically, results may start showing 2 to 3 weeks after the first injections were administered.
Long Term Results of LipoDissolve
The LipoDissolve treatment may include 1 to 4 sets of injections, administered in 8 weeks. A few weeks after the administration of each injection, the patient will lose weight and by the end of the treatment, the results of the LipoDissolve procedure will be visible. The optimal results of LipoDissolve may be observed 2 to 4 weeks after the administration of the last injection.
The patient’s lifestyle will influence the long term results of the LipoDissolve treatment. If the patient is committed to having a balanced diet and an exercise program, the results of LipoDissolve will be durable. A sedentary lifestyle or a diet rich in fats will lead to weight gain.
The LipoDissolve treatment will eliminate the fat cells, but the patient may still gain fat in the treated areas.
