My daughter's acne has returned after completing Accutane treatment, should we consider Accutane again? Perhaps there is better treatment?
My daughter completed Accutane treatment last May. Small breakouts started last month in the hairline. Now, larger ones are appearing and are starting to develop on her neck, back and chest. It is getting worse. Should Accutane be considered again? My husband had SEVERE acne.

Sometimes the body can build up a tolerance to some products (including Accutane), and they will no longer work. Its hard to say though. She has been off it a while, so she can start again and see what happens. Or, she can try something completely new. Have her see a trusted dermatologist who can examine her skin and recommend products that will work based on her skin-type and body chemistry.
