We have many types of Lasers available to treat acne and help improve the scars. You would need to be evaluated to plan your treatment program. Some Lasers just treat the acne and some treat the scars. We have some lasers that treat both issues. Each patient's program is customized for each patient. You would need to see a Dermatologist or Plastic surgeon to make the best plan for you. Be picky and be sure to see a physician that is board
Certified to treat your skin (Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon). This is your face so be sure to do your research.

Depending on the size nd the depth of the acne scars, laser treatments, particular laser resurfacing with either CO2 or erbium yag, can be quite helpful. They will certainly improve. If they are small and superficial, often times they will be completely erased.

It is possible for laser resurfacing (and other methods) to help with acne scars. The right method of treatment and the potential outcome are best determined by a practitioner that is experienced and skilled in the treatment of acne scars. We think you should revise your expectations so that you are looking for "improvement" with your acne scars rather than completely "clear skin". While having clear skin may be your goal, it may not be realistic depending on how severe your scars are. Here are some options to check out for acne scar removal treatment.

Full and/or fractional CO2 resurfacing.
Full Erbium Resurfacing
Fractional Laser Resurfacing (other than CO2)
Subcision
Punch Excision
Dermabrasion (NOT Microdermabrasion)

The last three are surgical rather than laser based. Good luck.
