Will repeated collagen fillers make frown lines worse?

I am 48, female, and have slight frown lines. Will repeated collagen fillers make it worse?

Will repeated collagen fillers loosen the elasticity of the skin forcing one after many years to do surgical face lifts? Will not having repeated collagen injections only weaken the surface layer of the skin in the long run?

No. Dermal filler injections will not make the frown lines worse after
the product has disappeared. In fact, dermal fillers such as Restylane
and Radiesse have been shown to stimulate the development of collagen,
which will actually make the lines look better even after the product
has dissolved.

No this will not happen. This is a common misconception. No damage
will be done to the skin or collagen with repeated injections. I
actually think that injections stimulate your body/skin by causing
your body to send cells and platelets that eventually release growth
factors to stimulate your skin. Of course, this process does not
occur as efficiently as you age so you won't see it as much as you
age.
